Registration

Pre-registration is open in January for participating members, alumni, and members of Archer Church wishing to enroll their children for the following school year. Applications from the general public will be accepted as announced.

Age Requirements

Eligibility for the three- and four-year program is determined by the child's age as of October 1st of the year s/he is enrolled at Archer. Members of the four-year-old groups at Archer will be eligible to enter kindergarten the following September. Children enrolled in the 2 1/2 year-old class must be 2 1/2 by September 1st (2 years old by March 1st).

The Mommy & Me program is appropriate for children to be enrolled the year prior to the 2 ½ year old Toddler Class. Mommy & Me will provide the child with an “introductory” to Archer, along with Mommy, Daddy or a caregiver.




Parent Involvement

  1. Classroom Participation

    One parent/caregiver from each participating “co-op” family will be scheduled to “work” in his or her child’s classroom on a regular rotating basis throughout the school year.

  2. Committee Participation

    One parent must hold a committee, chairperson, or Board position and one parent must participate in at least one (1) work session. Each committee has a chairperson and each chairperson is responsible to his or her respective Board Coordinator.

  3. General Membership Meetings

    Attendance of at least one member from each participating family is required at two (2) General Meetings in May and September.

  4. Financial Obligations

    A security deposity equal to one quarter the yearly tuition and fees (nominal annual activity and special program fees) is due on May 15th. The balance of the tuition is payable in three additional equal installments due on the 15th of September, November, January
